Job Description: As a member of the Integrated Outreach Team, under the general direction of the Manager of Addiction and Integrated Outreach Services and the Clinical Supervisor of Integrated Outreach, the primary goal will be to restore, maintain and enhance the recovery of people seeking general services for addiction and mental health. Responsibilities will include providing informational programming through individual and group counseling sessions to clients in the community and office setting. This position will be expected to assess individual and group needs and implement plans to help clients reach their goals. This position is designated field hours as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Experience

• A minimum of two years of supervised addictions experience.

Education

• Addictions Counselling diploma
• Chemical Dependency diploma

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
