Job Description: This position is responsible to assist the Primary Health Care Manager with the delivery of Home Care services that are consistent with policies, standards, legal requirements, philosophy and mission of the Saskatchewan Health Authority as well as responsible for ensuring day to day operations and resident flow of the Long Term Care Facility in conjunction with the Facility Manager. The role is responsible to direct and coordinate Home Care staff – Nurses, Continuing Care Assistants and Schedulers. They also direct and coordinate Long Term Care staff – Nurses, Continuing Care Assistants, Activity Departments and collaborate and work with other departments as needed. The incumbent will consult with other Primary Health Care Managers or Facility Managers when directing activities of the program if the sector Manager/Director is absent.

Experience
- Previous education and or experience in coordinating activities and personnel
- Acute Care experience preferred.
- Two (2) years nursing clients in the specific department/area/program
Education
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
