Profile Description: Under the direction of the Team Manager (or designate), and as part of the interdisciplinary Team, the Physical Therapist - Degree is responsible for assessing and treating patients, in assigned service areas inclusive of the Early Supportive Discharge Program (ESD). The Physical Therapist- Degree will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient documentation and statistical data, participating in required program planning and providing clinical supervision of therapy assistants and physical therapy students. This will be done in accordance with the Saskatchewan Health Authority mission statement and Adult Rehab Therapies statement of purpose, policies and procedures of the facility and department.

Licenses

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license

Education

• Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy
