Shift Information: Monday to Saturday, daytime, evenings, weekends. Must be available to work at all sites.
Job Description:
To provide RN services to our patients in our cooperative primary health care setting and working with our Refugee Engagement and Community Health Clinic team (REACH).
Travel Required: No
Education
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
CPR BLS for Health Care Provider.
Licenses
- Currently registered with College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.
Knowledge and Abilities
Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and commitment to continuing professional development.
Clinic experience is an asset.
Embraces the principles of Primary Health Care and able to lead by example.
Committed to patient and family centred care and working with vulnerable and diverse populations.
Ability to work co-operatively and communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
Knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy and policies of CHSA.
A valid Criminal Record Check is required.
